Cold and wetThis is the River Swale at the falls in Richmond,North Yorkshire. Richmond is a small market town ,and former garrison town. Once the home of the Green Howard’s,one of the great names of the British army. This lovely neat and tidy town stands at the eastern end of Swaledale,one of the great Yorkshire dales.
